Ordering Process:

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are dispatched in the order that they are received.

Shipping & Tracking:

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Order shipments may experience delays due to COVID-19.

Payment Options:

Casa Athletics accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or  direct bank transfers.

Sales & Discounts:

All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund, e-gift card or exchange. No exceptions will be made for size, fit, or fabric issues. Price adjustments will not be honoured for items at a reduced price.

Refund Policy:

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return only. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note: we do not accept, returns or refunds on sale items.

We are an online based store which is located globally. We have warehouses in the USA, Europe and China.
